The reality is that we're witnessing the rise of the virtual economy that stretches from home-based companies to those renting space to mid-size companies like Court Square Data Group in Springfield, Mass. to major corporations like INTTRA and Arch
Chemical that operate "hybrids" where many staffers work from home or rental space and rarely come into the office. Then there are the companies that allow teleworking, which implies some office time and some time outside the office.
